Children's Ministry Conference 2026

This year's theme is "Help from God":  God actively helps, guides, and strengthens us in every lesson, conversation, and challenge in ministry. Through engaging workshops, biblical teaching, and real-life ministry insight, we'll be pointed back to God as our source of wisdom, creativity, and strength for our calling. We aim to encourage, equip, and hopefully inspire you with fresh ideas to reach kids and families with the Gospel!

Who: This conference is for anyone who is currently serving in kids ministry or anyone who is interested in joining a kids ministry team.

How much: The cost is $30 per person. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday, with lots of snacks and some great coffee!

When: The Conference will begin with check-in at 5:00 P.M. Friday, May 8th and will conclude on Saturday, May 9th at 5:00 P.M. This will be 24 hours well spent!

What: In addition to our general sessions, we'll have many workshops for you to choose from, including:

- How to reach different age groups (babies, Pre-K and Kindergarten, Elementary)
- Creative ways to engage children (Puppetry, Gospel Magic, Craft Prep ideas, Object Lessons, Drawings)
- How to strengthen the foundation of your kids ministry (Leadership, Safety and Security, Lesson Preparation, Prayer, Worship)

There will be special performances by our world-famous Calvary Kids Puppet Team and Tim and Amanda Cowles! 

A special emphasis this year will be on the use of puppetry, with some great training and resources available through some of our guests:
